Eligibility Criteria for Volunteer Program:
To ensure that our volunteer program attracts dedicated and qualified individuals, we have outlined the following global standard eligibility criteria:
Age Requirement: Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
Educational Background: A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required. For specialized positions (e.g., Graphic Design), relevant educational qualifications or coursework may be preferred.
Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English is essential. For positions requiring specific language skills, proficiency in the relevant language(s) may be required.
Experience: Prior volunteer experience or relevant professional experience is beneficial but not mandatory. For specialized roles, a background in the respective field may be preferred.
Commitment: A commitment to the full 3 month duration of the program is required to ensure consistency and effectiveness in the role.
Technical Skills: Depending on the position, specific technical skills or software proficiency may be necessary (e.g., Graphic Design roles require knowledge of design software).
Personal Attributes: Strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively are essential. We value individuals who are passionate, reliable, and eager to contribute to our mission.
